FOUR people were injured last night when two trucks collided on the N2 near Mvoti.
According to Emergency Medical Services KZN Department of Health, Media Liaison Officer: Robert Mckenzie, one of the patients was in a critical condition and a team of paramedics from several ambulance services treated the injured on scene before they were transported to Stanger Hospital for continued care.
‘The trucks were severely damaged and a combination of the smashed trucks and the resulting debris from the trucks forced officials to close the highway and traffic was diverted on a safer route.’
