A Quantum mini-bus taxi and VW Polo Vivo collided at the Main Road and Turnbull Road intersection in Empangeni this afternoon (Friday).
It is alleged that the Quantum, which was heavily laden with passengers, was travelling up town and had right of way when the driver of the Polo Vivo, coming from town, turned right into Turnbull Road causing the collision which resulted in the Polo Vivo flipping over.
Paramedics on the scene said that no one was seriously injured.
Traffic officials were on scene to ease the slow traffic flow.
