Animals found starving on a farm owned by Thandi Modise

Animals found starving and near death on a farm owned by NCOP chair Thandi Modise have been removed. The NSPCA has taken the surviving animals to another farm in the Vaal. About a hundred animals had to be put down on Sunday.
