TWO men were injured on Saturday night when the bus they were travelling in overturned on the Heatonville road.
They were the only passengers in the bus, believed to be heading from Ntambanana to Empangeni.
It is believed the driver lost control coming down a hill before slewing across the road, spinning the bus around 180 degrees and flipping it on its side.
The driver fled the scene.
‘Both patients sustained moderate to
light injuries and were stabilised on scene before being transported to Ngwelezana Hospital,’ said Tracey Coertze of Meditrax EMS.
