Beach festival rocks the Richards Bay
Hundreds flocked into Richards Bay to enjoy the ANCYL Beach Festival
THE festive season started off on a high note as hundreds of music fans flocked to the Alkantstrand beach to enjoy the ANCYL Beach Festival on Saturday.
Despite the extremely hot Zululand weather, enthusiasts pulled up their camp chairs and cooler boxes to enjoy the laid back outdoor session.
The purpose of the concert was to encourage road safety during the holidays.
Fans were entertained by, among others, Maima Kay, Cevuzile, Shakes noSingil, Afro Soul and a host of local artists.
