ESHOWE athelete Justine Palframan has had an amazing 2015.

She claimed 100m, 200m and 400m personal bests of 11.75, 22.92 and 51.27 seconds respectively, and her time in the 400m was the eighth fastest ever on the South African rankings.

Justine also won all her Varsity Cup races, as well as the South African and USSA titles.

She represented South Africa at both the World Student Games in Gwangju, South Korea and the 15th IAAF World Championships, in Beijing, China.

At the World Student Games she won gold in the 400m event.

The Stellenbosch University student was also announced as the 2015 Maties Sportswoman of the year.
