THE case of main suspect Henry Mbonambi (41) and four others arrested in connection with the robbery that led to the fatal shooting of Sergeant Niren ‘Foxy’ Ramsaroop on 14 November in the Empangeni CBD, has been postponed to 6 February.
Court officials have been working to combine the different dockets to present one case to the prosecutor.
The suspects made a brief appearance in the Empangeni Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday and no bail was set for any of the accused.
