RBCS soar at Seagulls
Richards Bay Christian School (RBCS) swimmers torpedoed through the pool at the recent Seagulls Short Course Championships
RICHARDS Bay Christian School (RBCS) swimmers torpedoed through the pool at the recent Seagulls Short Course Championships, which was held at Kings Park in Durban.
This prestigious three day gala (21-23 September) saw the Olympian swimmer Chad Le Clos compete at dropping times.
But the eight RBCS swimmers were not left far in the wake, after delivering personal best times despite the chilly and wet weather conditions.
Swimmers came from Gauteng, North West Province, KZN and surrounding areas, which made the competition fierce.
The RBCS swimmers that competed under the uShaka Swimming Club were: Luke Dannhauser, Jaron Weyermüller, Rebecca du Toit, Daniel Dannhauser, Tasha du Toit, Liam Byrne, Kirsten Grant and Evan Weyermüller.
