Vassi and Ronnie Dhaver of Richards Bay Crane Hire responded to the plight of the rhinos and recently donated a whopping R60 000 towards their protection. Pleased to thank them in person on Saturday was Sheelagh Antrobus of Project Rhino KZN

Doing their rhino horn impersonation, pupils from Richards Bay High School, led by Lucy Steenkamp and Anelie Mulder, impressed with their tremendous rhino art and the messages of support in the fight against poaching

Joined by local conservation trailblazer Kingsley Holgate, the Shakaland Zulu dancers chanted ‘Ungabulali Ubhejane’ (‘Don’t kill our rhinos’)
