NFP Secretary General , Prof Nhlanhla Khubisa, said;

‘The NFP is vindicated and happy that comrade Dladla is out of jail for the law could not find any case against him after he was embarrassed in the full glare of everyone in the country , including NFP members and his family.

Comrade Dladla was manhandled, and he and other NFP members, are alleged to have been sprayed with teargas .

The story went around that his case was linked to killings in KwaMashu. I said that anyone is innocent until proven guilty by the court of law.

Now no case has been found against Dladla. The law must apologise. The Police must apologise.

Dladla was labelled a murderer and a criminal even before being taken to court. That was ‘prosecution’ even before investigation which is not done in law and is not the way of executing justice.

Comrade Dladla,his family and the NFP members at uMthonjaneni , uThungulu and all over the country rightfully deserve an apology.
