Child gadget addiction causes 8-million arguments a day

Child's play - the advent of technology being freely available to all and sundry is causing a bit of an upset.

A STUDY done by a parental internet control company in the UK has found that almost eight million arguments break out in British homes every day as children struggle to put down their gadgets.

According to a report by the Daily Mail, the biggest source of strife is parents feeling children are too absorbed by computers or tablets to communicate properly.

A more shocking statistic is that nine out of ten kids are using smartphones and/or tablets before they turn eight, with parents admitting they struggle to convince their children to put down their devices.

Are your children addicted to their gadgets? How do you deal with it?
