New mall set to open in Richards Bay next year
Town Square Mall boasts well-known stores, new to Richards Bay.
CONSTRUCTION on Builders Warehouse and the Town Square Mall in Richards Bay is proceeding at a fast pace.
The pedestrian pathway is temporarily closed as well as the lane adjacent to the building project along Bullion Boulevard.
Town Square Mall will house a 4000m² Super Spar, restaurants, fast-food drive-throughs, retailers and ATMs.
Moolman Group, M&F Giuricich Developments, Rejem and Velvet Moon Property Developments, together acquired the 16 000m² site in the CBD and anticipate opening the centre in April next year.
It will boast a modern design with easy access to shops set right around a free open-air parking lot.
Property leaser Moolman Group’s management said there will be a number of well-known destination tenants, which will mostly be new entrants into the Richards Bay market.
