Six Zululand chefs will slave over hot stoves as they vie for the coveted title of Zululand’s Celebrity Chef at the annual Do I Care Enough? (DICE) cook-off tonight at the Umfolozi Casino Resort.
In the kitchen will be chefs Jason de Boer from Umfolozi Casino Resort, The ‘Pink Lady’ Charmaine Corbett, Louis Congolo from Nam Jai House, Donald Bruins-Lich from Porky’s The Don, Mariners and Don Carlos, Protea Hotel Richards Bay’s chef Londiwe Ntuli and Nomalizo Nkosi from Thanda Private Game Reserve
The culinary maestros will be preparing bite-size dishes to tantalise the judges and guests’ taste buds.
Funds raised at the cook-off will be donated to DICE.
