ON the Felixton golf course there is an electricity substation that has had no door for at least the past 18 months.
Anyone can enter freely, and if one looks inside, there are numerous exposed electrical cables.
Considering the recent incidents where children have died because of electrocution, one cannot comprehend that this is still allowed.
