The Zululand Observer’s Do I Care Enough? (DICE) charity organisation recieved a donation of clothes, shoes and books from Jemery Pillay, Videsh Gokulpurshad and Irshik Bhartu, who handed over the goods to DICE representative Mbali Gumede.
