A BRACKENHAM resident was confronted by three armed suspects in his yard on Saturday night in Fish Tail street.
According to Richards Bay SAPS spokesperson Captain Debbie Ferriera, the complainant arrived home at 9.30pm when he was attacked and beaten outside the property.
‘The victim was threatened with a firearm and taken into the house where the robbers demanded the safe be opened.
‘His wife and two children were pushed into a bedroom and the men ransacked the house and fled with cell phones, cash and household appliances,’ said Ferreira.
A case of house robbery has been opened.
