The Zululand Observer charity organisation DICE (Do I Care Enough?) received a sweet donation on Wednesday after Premier handed over packets of muffin, scone and pancake pre-mixes.
The goods were delivered by Irshik Bhartu and his team, and will be donated to various homesteads in the area as part of the DICE Winter Warmth campaign.
