DA youth hit the streets

The Democratic Alliance youth members made their mark after cleaning the streets of Empangeni.

YOUTH members of the Democratic Alliance (DA) took to the streets of Empangeni on Saturday to lend a helping hand in cleaning up the badly littered area.

Two ward councillors joined in the day’s event and made their mark as they spent their afternoon picking up after others.

Branch chairperson and DA youth member Sihle Magubane commended those who had volunteered to assist.

‘This is the time for the DA youth to play their part in making a difference,’ said Sihle.
