AN Empangeni public prosecutor will review the docket regarding the teen driver who was involved in a fatal crash on the N2 near Canefields on 3 June.
The prosecutor will make a decision on whether to charge the 15-year-old, who reportedly took his father’s car without his permission.
One person was killed and four injured when the Mercedes the teen was driving collided with a small bakkie.
