Church spreads winter warmth
Families in rural Iniwe receive much needed food and blankets.
WITH winter making its way in, AFM Shalom Lighthouse Ministries Empangeni together with Hope Projects and local community members spread warmth and compassion to several impoverished families in rural Iniwe on the outskirts of Empangeni.
In a mix of ululation and tears of joy from more than 60 gogos and children who received food hampers, blankets and a cooked meal last week, Pastor Raveshen Ramsamy also prayed for and with the community.
