A MAN is still recovering in Ngwelezana Hospital from a gunshot wound after he was robbed and shot outside Standard Bank in Richards Bay’s CBD at 2am on Sunday.
The 24-year-old man and his girlfriend, went to draw money at the ATM when they were suddenly ambushed by a gang of muggers.
The thugs shot the man in his upper body and made off with cash and cellphones.
He was rushed to hospital and a case of attempted murder has been opened by the Richards Bay SAPS.
