A DISPUTE at Richards Bay’s Taxi City ended in one man’s death.
The 34-year-old victim, whose name cannot yet be released, was shot once in his upper body and died at the scene on Sunday at 5pm.
Later the same evening, suspect Patric Mabika (45) handed himself over to the police.
He appeared in the Richards Bay Magistrates Court on Tuesday facing a murder charge.
Mabika will remain in police custody until his next appearance on Tuesday.
