Trevor Noah takes over as host of Daily Show

BY now you must have heard South African comedian, Trevor Noah will take over from Jon Stewart on the Daily Show in the United States.
South Africa has been celebrating the news that broke yesterday (Monday).
The New York Times reported that Noah will replace Stewart on the world-famous show at the end of next season.
Noah, who’s appeared on the Daily Show three times, told the publication that he was taken by surprise when he got the news.
No-one can replace Jon Stewart. But together with the amazing team at The Daily Show, we will continue to make this the best damn news show!
