No communication from inefficient Telkom

MY Internet as well as my telephone connections ceased to work on Friday, 13 March.

As Telkom only works from Monday to Friday, I could only contact them on Monday morning after 8am.

When I eventually made contact, I was put on hold until somebody was available to answer my query.

My call was made through my cellphone as my landline was down.

After waiting for 15 minutes on my cellphone, my call was eventually cut out by Telkom.

As I reside in Empangeni and there is no office available to report my problem.

Is this is the efficient service Telkom offer their customers?

I feel it is about time they get some competition, as at the moment they are a monopoly and anything they dish out must just be good enough.
