Seeking information on late father’s death

I AM desperately looking for information and details concerning my estranged father’s death in 2007.

I only discovered last week, after searching, that he passed away in Empangeni on 28 June 2007.

His full name was John Noel Chamberlain and he apparently died in hospital from kidney failure.

I am trying to find out the circumstances of his death, in which hospital he was treated and what was done with his remains.

I have tried, to no avail, all Internet searches and have contacted the SAPS for any information, but have come up empty-handed.

I would be incredibly grateful for any help or direction that can lead me to getting some answers.

My dad’s ID Number was 5501255857080. He had brown hair and brown eyes and was of medium build.

His last known address was 14 Pine Street, Durban
