Teen queen goes international
Zululand beauty, Noqiniso heads for the Arts Expo in Orlando, Florida.
BORN to be on the catwalk, local up-and-coming model Noqiniso Mgobhozi is gearing up to go international.
The 23-year-old Trelique Modelling and Promotions Agency model and teacher finally landed a once in a lifetime opportunity after auditioning for the Summer Heat Model and Talent Search early this year when she was selected to attend the International Talent Showcase (ITS) at Monte Casino in October.
Noqiniso was then selected among many by the Arts Expo Director Kim Myers to attend the Arts Expo in Orlando, Florida, and represent her country over nine days next year. The trip will include modelling, workshops, interviews and above all, experience.
A Mangosuthu University of Technology graduate, Noqiniso received her diploma in construction management and quantity surveying after matriculating at Velangaye High.
She currently lives in Ezidelele Village and receives great support from both her mother and sister who have encouraged her to pursue her modelling career.
She was also recently crowned Miss Ulundi.
Noqiniso is currently on the hunt for more sponsors to assist with her trip to America next year, and if you are interested in helping, she can be reached on 071 6317298 or mqinoh@gmail.com.
