Mtuba accident leaves 13 critically injured
The cause of the accident is under investigation.

ON Sunday morning emergency health workers attended an accident near Mtubatuba which left at least 13 passengers critically injured.
A light delivery vehicle transporting 29 people in the Chibini Church vicinity of Mtubatuba was involved in the accident which is currently being investigated by the SAPS.
On arrival at the scene, KZN Emergency Medical Services (EMS) paramedics immediately started treating the 13 critically injured patients who all had life threatening injuries.
A further 14 patients were seriously injured while two escaped with minor injuries.
KZN EMS paramedics were assisted by paramedics from a private ambulance service who all frantically worked to triage, treat and transport the patients to several hospitals in the area.
The exact cause of the accident, as well as preceding events, are being investigated by the police.
