Holiday fever at Crossroads
We asked a few of the members at Crossroads Teen Centre what they would be doing during these long Christmas holidays.
Holiday season is right around the corner and Crossroads Teen Centre members have got some great plans to fill their six-week holiday.
Teens can enjoy a wide variety of fun-filled, cultural and educational activities every afternoon at the Crossroads Teen Centre in Empangeni.
Study sessions will be held during exam times for those who need some help from a tutor, while other activities planned include:
• Craft days every Thursday during November for those who want to take a break from studying.
• Movie day every Friday where there are snacks and the kids pick a movie to watch.
• A Game Week will be started from 24 November to keep the children entertained with some fun activities at the Centre.
Other activities currently in the planning process are a paint week to decorate the centre for 2015, volunteer work and a beach clean-up day.
