Dylan all pumped up

Richards Bay bodybuilding competes in National Amateur Body Building Association (NABBA) World Fitness Federation (WFF) champs.

FORMER Richards Bay personal trainer Dylan du Plessis flexed his way into sixth place at the National Amateur Body Building Association (NABBA) World Fitness Federation (WFF) championship recently.

The 23-year-old was chuffed with this achievement, especially after a serious motorbike accident in 2006 caused serious damage to his left leg.

After a major operation in 2012, his leg was fixed, but 3cm shorter than the right,

‘I have to train extra hard to achieve definition in my leg, but nothing is going to hold me back,’ says Dylan.

‘The love for the sport is what motivates me to keep going. Thank you to all my sponsors and donations that made it possible for me to compete.’
