Trash talking municipal employee unacceptable

FOR some reason, our rubbish was not removed by the refuse truck on Wednesday morning.
I phoned the municipality and was put through to the refuse department. I was then told that a manager will call me back.
By 1.55pm, I received no calls and phoned them again, explaining that this is unacceptable as we have garbage in those bags that get ripped open by ‘trash collectors’.
The response was, ‘you can do whatever you want, because I don’t care!’
For a Municipal employee to treat a resident who pays her salary this way, is nothing short of shocking.
If I don’t do my job or dare talk to clients in such a rude manner, I would be dismissed on the spot!
