Apollo takes the spoils

Apollo house won the trophy at the Felixton College junior inter-house athletics day.

FELIXTON College held its Junior School inter-house athletics day recently which saw Apollo house claim the spoils after a phenomenal all-round performance in the track and field events.

House captains, Gordon Leslie and Jenna McNally accepted the house trophy for 2014. The day was filled with speed, tight finishes and fast times, resulting in some new records being set.

Hilton Giles was awarded the Junior Victor Ludorum, with Amy Carey receiving the Junior Victrix Ludorum.

The senior age group saw Cate Oxley take home the Senior Victrix Ludorum, with Wandile Okesola claiming thee Senior Victor Ludorum.
