TRAFFIC ground to a halt on the N2 highway close to Felixton shortly before 2.30pm this afternoon after a mini-bus ploughed through the armco barrier and down the left side embankment.
The Durban registered vehicle which was traveling from Empangeni towards Mtunzini came to rest more than 20 metres from the road.
Although a number of ambulances raced to the scene, all the occupants appeared to have not sustained serious injuries.
However, due to rubber-necking and the removal of the vehicle, traffic came to a total standstill and commuters were still unable to move at 5pm.
