THE Beachcombers Photography Club member competition for July saw some outstanding entries received for the ‘Monochrome’ theme, while the ‘Open’ category also received the usual high standard images.
Sias van Schalkwyk took top spot in the theme category with his spelndid image ‘Son of the Sun’, while Hein Beukes nailed the Open section with his ‘Oh Shoot’ entry.
Daryl Visser’s intimidating ‘Undertaker’ took him to the Best Junior award while Hendrik Louw also received a Certificate of Merit for his enchanting ‘Intimate’ image.
Visitors and photographers are invited to visit as guests on the first Tuesday of every month at the the NSRI (next to Zululand Yacht Club) in Richards Bay.
Induction for new members starts at at 6:30pm, and the club meeting at 7pm sharp.
