Driving along the new John Ross Parkway it is disgusting to see the graffiti on the bridge and on the stalls next to the highway.
This is also rife in town where buildings, electrical boxes, property boundary walls and so on are defaced.
There are places for these sad souls can express their ‘art’.
The skate park in Richards Bay or the local teen centre provide this opportunity.
The cost to the municipality to paint over the graffiti is enormous and in the end it is the ratepayers who foot the bill.
Catch them and punish them.
