Church and community rally to support the needy in eSikhaleni

WITH the country in lockdown and many people unable to work to put food on the table, various community structures continue to reach out to the needy.

At the weekend the Assembly of God church donated 250 food parcels to the needy in eSikhaleni.

The initiative was made possible by Good Samaritan Noah Nyawo, of Nqanawe Holdings, who donated the food packs to the church.

Community members also became part of the initiative and spent Saturday packing and distributing the food packs to disadvantaged families.
