Man shot dead in Nsolweni Reserve, Mtubatuba
50-year-old Bhekizenzo Nkosi was found in a path near Thulasizwe High School with gunshot wounds
RESIDENTS of Nsolweni Reserve in KwaMsane were shocked by the gruesome discovery of a 50-year-old man’s body on Monday morning.
The deceased, later identified as Bhekizenzo Nkosi, was found in a path near Thulasizwe High School with gunshot wounds.

According to a source close to the victim, who has asked to remain anonymous, Nkosi was last seen on Sunday at about 7pm, leaving a traditional ceremony (inhlambuluko).
‘He was heading in the direction of his homestead. I remember hearing a gun being fired, but did not pay much attention,’ the source said.
The next morning, while on his way to another house, the friend went to check on Nkosi.
‘I was so shocked when I found him laying in the path, already dead with gunshot wounds on his body.’
The matter has been reported to the police and a murder case opened for investigation.
