THREE suspects appeared in the Hluhluwe Magistrate’s Court on Thursday for possession of counterfeit goods.
They were arrested on Wednesday morning by Hluhluwe SAPS members after a tip-off about three vehicles spotted by a private security company’s guards driving along the R22 near Hluhluwe at about 3.30am.
Hluhluwe police spokesperson, Constable Phakamile Nene, said their members intercepted the vehicles and found 101 boxes loaded with an assortment of counterfeit footwear.
