Worship event to raise funds for Richards Bay soup kitchen

A SOUP kitchen fund-raiser to create awareness of the plight of the homeless will be hosted by the Richards Bay Churches Fraternal and community organisation, Hope on These Streets, at the Richards Bay Community Church this Sunday at 5pm.

The United Worship event will also highlight the work of the soup kitchen and its volunteers.

Food will be on sale from 4.30pm and the programme will continue between 5pm and 6.30pm.

An offering will be taken to support the soup kitchen and food vouchers can be purchased at a cost of R10 each, which will be distributed to the needy.
