A DIFFERENT kind of resident visited Richards Bay’s Alkantstrand beach on Friday morning – one that is not a common sight for most.
Early morning beach-goers were joined by one of the resident hippos of the area, as it was seen frolicking in the waves before heading back to the bush via the Alkantstrand parking lot and skate park.
