A MEERENSEE couple enjoying a relaxed evening on their patio on Saturday were suddenly confronted by three armed men and robbed.
The incident occurred shortly before 10pm. The couple was forced into their house and assaulted.
The robbers demanded cash, jewellery and access to the safe before they locked the victims in the bathroom and fled the scene with household valuables.
