Road closures amid fresh protest action in Jozini

THE road between the N2 and Jozini is the site of renewed protest action this morning (Wednesday) as community members protest over a lack of running water.

The road has been closed with rocks, branches and other debris as police attempt to restore law and order.

It has been reported that the R22 at both Hluhluwe and Mseleni has been closed by protesters.

Police are on scene and motorists are urged to make alternate travel arrangements.
