Police recover car parts in Alton

A LARGE number of suspected stolen car parts were recovered from the old SAPS barracks in Alton last week.
According to Richards Bay SAPS Communications Officer Captain Debbie Ferreira, police received information about car parts being stored at the condemned building on Wednesday afternoon.
Upon inspection, they discovered a huge haul of items from vehicle cylinder heads to radiators, exhausts, door panels, tyres and rims.
