Change in licensing office hours for Empangeni and Richards Bay

CITY residents are to please take note of new operating times at the licensing departments owing to a new staff training programme.

On the first Wednesday of each month, the Richards Bay office will open at 8.45am, while on the third Wednesday of each month the Empangeni office will open at 8.45am.

This will continue until further notice.
