Stefan Graunke and his crew of three Border collies are set to start their coastal clean-up project in Richards Bay on 21 February

The project aims to help clean up South Africa’s coastline

THE Coastal Ghost clean-up operation starting in Richards Bay is less than two weeks away, and Stefan Graunke and his ‘crew’ of three Border collies are looking forward to getting started.

‘This is going to be a wonderful opportunity to not only make a tangible difference to our coastline, but to meet other South Africans along the way,’ said Graunke.

‘While we are very much looking forward to getting started, we are appealing for accommodation in Richards Bay as this is the only place we do not yet have any.

‘We are not looking for anything fancy, just a garden in which we can camp.’
