I RECENTLY suffered a break-in at my residence in Richards Bay.
Being the first time, I was totally unsure of the procedure to follow.
The investigating officer was not of much assistance and trying to meet with him seemed to be impossible.
To add to my dilemma, my insurance company was not very helpful either.
But the uncertainty and frustration came to an end when two high ranking members of the Richards Bay SAPS stepped in to assisted.
I would really like to thank Colonel Buthelezi and Brigadier Mgenge for all their assistance, patience and kindness.
