WATCH: Wildlife sightings from new Maputo road

VISITORS to Mozambique have reported good wildlife sightings from the new road between Maputo and Ponta do Ouro, inside the elephant reserve.

Earlier this week, this video of elephants grazing at the roadside was taken by Ponta de Ouro Tourism.

‘Animal sightings from the new road through the reserve have definitely increased with the new road,’ they said in a post on their Facebook page.

‘[There were] regular sightings of giraffe, impala, zebra and wildebeest on the way to Ponta.’
