Tuck shop owner gunned down in eSikhaleni

Zulu was leaving his tuck shop container near uMkhobose when unknown men approached and opened fire

GUNSHOTS echoed across KwaNdaya Reserve in eSikhaleni on Sunday night, and when community members arrived at the scene they found well known tuck shop owner Sbusiso Zulu (39) dead in a pool of blood.

His body was riddled with several bullet wounds.

According to reports, Zulu was leaving his tuck shop container near uMkhobose when unknown men approached and opened fire.

Police recovered 14 cartridges at the scene.

A case of murder was opened at eSikhawini SAPS.

The motive for the fatal shooting is unknown at this stage.

According to police, a huge manhunt is under way and they urged the community to come forward with any information about the incident.
