NONGOMA police are appealing for public assistance in determining the whereabouts of Nelisani Simon Nxumalo (26) of Matshamhlophe in Nongoma.
He was last seen on Saturday, 15 September at 9.30pm.
He was wearing blue jeans and a brown and white T-shirt.
He is mentally disturbed, about 1.78 metres tall, has black hair, a beard and mustache, as well as particularly thin and protruding teeth.
