A 48-year-old man appeared in the eSikhaleni Magistate’s Court on Monday after he was found in possession of dagga weighing 11.9kg.
According to reports King Cetshwayo Cluster Police spokesperson, Captain Mbongeni Mdlalose, Jabulani Mdletshe was arrested on Friday night during an intelligence driven operation.
‘This was conducted by members of eSikhaleni SAPS and Empangeni K9 Unit at the Madukwini Reserve area in eSikhaleni.
‘The suspect was found in possession of a large bag of dagga.
‘The dagga was confiscated and the suspect arrested,’ said Mdlalose.
