Empangeni CBD businesses have been adversely affected by ongoing water project delays
The project started in May last year and entails replacing old asbestos pipes with plastic pipes on the main line from Empangeni to Ngwelezana
THE R40 million Empangeni CBD Water Upgrade Project is expected to be complete at the end of next month.
This, despite a host of delays, interruptions to business sector within the CBD and inconvenience caused to motorists.
